AskObi provides neutral civic explanations in plain English. We do not provide legal, political, financial, or professional advice. AskObi is non-partisan and does not endorse candidates.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  1. misuse AskObi
  2. automate scraping
  3. disrupt the service
  4. attempt to mislead, hack, exploit, or manipulate answers
  5. use AskObi for political persuasion campaigns

3. Content Accuracy

AskObi provides information based on:

  1. government sources
  2. public laws
  3. civic data
  4. AskObi’s explainer library
  5. general civic expertise

Information may change over time. We do not guarantee legal or factual completeness.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. AskObi name, logo, UI, and content are owned by Obitious Inc.
  2. Users may share AskObi answers with attribution.
  3. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. AI Processing

To provide high-quality civic answers, your questions are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI). By using AskObi, you acknowledge and agree that: Model Training: AskObi participates in programs where inputs (your questions) and outputs (the AI’s answers) may be used by our AI providers to develop, improve, and train their underlying models. Anonymity: We do not explicitly send your personal account details (like your email) to these providers, but the text of your question is shared exactly as written. User Responsibility: You should not include sensitive personal information, private identifiers, or confidential data in your questions. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. This data sharing allows AskObi to remain a low-cost or free resource for civic clarity. If you do not wish for you
